Megan Fox wouldn’t have kids with friends

Posted: 11 Mar 2012 05:45 AM PDT

Megan Fox has been busy  promoting her new film, “Friends with Kids,” which centers around two friends (Adam Scott, Jennifer Westfeldt) who decide to conceive and raise a child together while maintaining a plutonic relationship.

Fox, who plays a love interest for Scott’s character, told  CBSNews.com at a recent New York screening of the comedy  that such a child-raising partnership wouldn’t be for her.

“I could never do it,” Fox said. “I could never pull it off. But maybe some people could get away with it and be happy with the results. I just…I worry about it.”

The 25-year-old sex symbol stars in this independent feature alongside several cast members from last year’s smash hit “Bridesmaids,” including Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jon Hamm, and Chris O’Dowd, who made a strong impression on Fox.

“[Chris O'Dowd is] so hysterical and so strange and so inappropriate with his humor,” Fox said, “And I was crying, watching him do his scenes and listening to him improv under his breath.”But with such an ensemble cast, Fox pointed out, all her co-stars were impressive. “There’s so many actors in this that are just geniuses. And it was amazing to get to just watch them work and observe them in their natural habitat.”

“Friends with Kids” was written and directed by Westfeldt, who is also the long-time partner of “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm. The comedy opens in theaters on Friday.

Foxy Megan reveals an unlikely hobby

Posted: 11 Mar 2012 05:44 AM PDT

When it comes to doing interviews, Megan Fox never shies from making unpredictable and often shocking comments.

But while the brunette bombshell is known for her sex appeal, the actress has revealed she has a rather unlikely hobby.

Speaking during an MTV interview with her Friends With Kids co-star Adam Scott, she revealed she loves nothing more than a bit of history.

When asked about her next film project, Fox had a more educational excursion in mind.

"I would really love to go on an archaeological dig. I have an offer to go somewhere in England but I would rather go to Egypt or Syria or some place like that."

In fact, it was Fox's co-star who made the most controversial statements during the interview.

When asked what they both miss most about single life, Scott blurted, "Other than all the f**king?"The 25-year-old Jennifer's Body star immediately began blushing and even fanned herself before whispering "sorry" to the reporter.

"Actually I find being with one person to be far more interesting and fun than the other way around," added Scott. Fox agreed with her co-star and said monogamy was better as long as you married the right person.

"I feel like I'm with my best friend and I've been with him for so long, so it feels natural and comfortable," she said.

The brunette beauty, who is the face of Giorgio Armani's beauty, fragrance and skincare campaigns, says she is still uncomfortable watching herself onscreen.

"I don't like the sound of my voice. It's irritating to me. I just grate on my own nerves. I don't like to watch me."

In the more humorous, light-hearted segment of the interview called The Yes/No Show, Fox was asked sillier questions and the gorgeous actress had to answer with either a simple yes or no.

Among the questions Fox answered "yes" to were whether or not she can tell Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen apart and her ability to speak in a "crappy" British accent.

However, when she was asked whether or not she "sexts", the bombshell said "no".

Fox recently upstaged her Friends with Kids co-stars in a glittering golden prom dress at a screening for the film at the SVA Theatre in New York City.

The actress has a supporting role, alongside Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph, as a Broadway star who dates a single dad, played by Scott.

Megan Fox banned from Beverly Hills 90210 re-runs

Megan Fox gets in trouble with her husband for trying to watch his old TV show.

The Transformers actress had never seen an episode of Brian Austin Green’s Beverly Hills 90210 when they first met and although she has since attempted to sneakily watch him on the small screen, he is not impressed.

Brian – who married Megan in Hawaii in June 2010 – told Vulture magazine: “She tries to sneak them on SOAPnet. And then she gets in trouble for it. We have a rule: We don’t watch each other’s stuff.”

Although the show was hugely popular in the 1990s with over 300 episodes, Brian insists he doesn’t remember any specific storylines and didn’t even keep any memorabilia as a souvenir.

He said: “Honestly, it’s one big blur. We did 300. I remember guest stars more than story lines.“I actually didn’t keep anything. The only thing I have is a picture that we took with [creator] Aaron Spelling when we won the People’s Choice Award. He got the award; we got a picture with the award. It’s kind of f****d up.

But I guess he’s the one that won it.”

While Brian has no plans to reprise his role as David Silver, he says he is still close to his former co-stars and talks to them all the time.

He explained: “I keep in touch with everybody from the cast. I talked to Luke Perry before I came out here; I talked to Jennie Garth before I came out here. I’ll be seeing Luke in a couple of weeks. I see Ian Ziering all the time.”
